Dirtyroulette Community Guidelines

Last updated: 27 January 2026

These community guidelines (“Guidelines”) set the standards of behavior, safety, and legality for users of Skyline Media LLC, a live, random video and chat service designed exclusively for adults (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Guidelines, which are part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

The Service connects users randomly for real-time video and text-based interactions. Conversations may involve sexual expression, but only between consenting adults in private, lawful contexts. The goal of these Guidelines is to maintain a safe, respectful, and lawful community for adults to interact without exploitation, harassment, or illegal activity.

Purpose and Scope

These Guidelines apply to every user, regardless of location, role, or usage pattern. They govern all live interactions, chats, and exchanges that take place through the Service. The Service does not produce, pre-screen, or store user content beyond what is necessary for moderation and safety.

The Service is intended for adult-to-adult communication. Minors are prohibited, and users must not expose, depict, or solicit anyone under 18. Every interaction must be lawful, consensual, and respectful.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Respect and Consent in Live Interactions

Every interaction on the platform must be consensual and respectful. Consent must be explicit, informed, and may be withdrawn at any time. If one participant indicates discomfort or disinterest, the session must end immediately.

Respect is mandatory, not optional.

Prohibited Behavior and Content

To maintain user safety and platform integrity, the following actions and content are prohibited:

Any violation of these rules may result in suspension, permanent ban, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Sexual Expression and Conduct Standards

This platform is a space for adults to engage in lawful, consensual sexual expression. Every interaction must remain respectful, voluntary, and compliant with applicable law.

Lawful sexual expression between consenting adults is allowed across the platform. However, users must always act within the bounds of consent, legality, and mutual respect.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Privacy is essential to the platform’s trust and safety.

The platform may record or capture limited session data for moderation, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. We cooperate with lawful investigations while protecting users’ rights. Violations of privacy—including “doxxing” or non-consensual recording—result in immediate account termination.

Technical Integrity and Platform Security

The Service may implement automated moderation, disconnection, or filtering to protect users. Breaching technical integrity may result in permanent suspension and potential civil or criminal liability.

Random Matching and User Responsibility

Because the platform operates on a random matching basis:

Users who misuse the random nature of the platform (e.g., intentionally exposing unsuspecting users to sexual content) will be permanently banned. Your discretion and adherence to these rules are vital to maintaining safety for everyone.

Moderation and Enforcement

We combine automated systems, human moderators, and user reports to help keep the platform safe and lawful. Because the Service connects adults randomly and in real time, moderation focuses on preventing illegal or abusive behavior, not policing consensual expression.

How Moderation Works

The platform uses a combination of detection tools and trained moderation teams to identify and address potential violations of these Guidelines. Automated systems may flag interactions that appear to involve prohibited behavior, while human moderators review reports and trends to ensure fairness and accuracy. Moderation may occur before, during, or after a session. Some actions—such as temporary disconnections—may be automated to protect users from inappropriate behavior or clear violations of law or consent.

Enforcement Actions

Enforcement measures are applied proportionately to the nature and severity of the violation:

Enforcement is not punitive for its own sake. It exists to preserve a respectful, lawful, and consensual space for adults to interact freely.

Notice and Appeals

When feasible, users will be notified of enforcement actions and the reason for them. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may appeal by contacting Contact@dirtyroulette.com within 14 days of receiving notice.

Please include the approximate date and time of the enforcement action, a clear explanation of why you believe it was incorrect, and, if you have an account, the email address or login method you used to access the platform. Appeals are reviewed by a separate moderation team, and decisions are final once a review is completed.

Moderation and Transparency

We maintain internal records of enforcement actions to ensure consistency and accountability. Aggregate data on moderation activity may be disclosed publicly or to regulators as required by law.

Reporting and Response

We rely on user reports, automated detection, and moderation review to maintain a lawful and respectful environment. If you experience or witness behavior that violates these Guidelines, you should report it immediately.

Reports can be made through the in-app Report function or by emailing Contact@dirtyroulette.com with a description of the incident, the type of chat (video or text), and a brief description of what occurred. If possible, mention any other details that may help us identify the session in our moderation logs.

Reports involving potential minors, threats, or other urgent safety risks receive immediate priority. All reports are handled confidentially and reviewed by trained moderation staff. When appropriate, we may contact you for additional information or clarification. If a report reveals conduct that may be illegal—such as child exploitation, trafficking, or credible threats of harm—we will cooperate with law enforcement or relevant safety organizations.

Submitting knowingly false or malicious reports undermines user safety and may itself result in enforcement action, including suspension or account termination.

Our goal is to ensure that every report is treated seriously, reviewed promptly, and resolved fairly.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities whenever necessary to prevent, investigate, or respond to criminal conduct, including exploitation, trafficking, or child sexual abuse. Cooperation occurs only within the limits of applicable law and due process.

Requests for user information must be lawful, specific, and properly issued by a competent authority. We may also act without a formal request when there is a clear and immediate risk to human life, child safety, or physical harm. Confirmed reports of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or imminent threats of violence are referred without delay to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant agencies. We document and retain all those referrals in accordance with legal requirements.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their own conduct and the material they display or communicate while using the platform. Live, unscripted interaction carries inherent risks, and users should exercise discretion at all times.

The Company does not monitor every session in real time, but it actively reviews flagged content, reports, and enforcement actions to protect community safety. While we take reasonable measures to prevent harm and respond to abuse, we are not liable for the independent actions or statements of users. You are encouraged to end any interaction that feels unsafe, offensive, or unlawful and to report the behavior immediately through the in-app reporting tool or by email. Personal judgment, respect for others, and adherence to these Guidelines are the foundation of a safe environment.

Updates to These Guidelines

We periodically update these Guidelines to reflect changes in law, technology, and safety best practices. The most current version will always be available on our website and within the application. When material updates occur, we will provide clear notice within the Service or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines. For transparency, prior versions may be made available upon request.
